The staff unit Internal Auditing and Organizational Development is assigned to the Chancellor.
We are a service and advisory unit for the central administration, the central institutions, JGU’s faculties (excluding the University Medical Center), and the university management.
Our goal is to increase the efficiency of JGU’s structural and procedural organization.
We examine the legality and efficiency of task management and organizational structures, evaluate management processes and the efficiency of structural and procedural organization and support steps toward their improvement.
When realizing our duties, we are constantly in close exchange with the involved persons and organizational units, as direct involvement in developing improvements is crucial for the actual implementation of the changes agreed on, as well as the prerequisite for collective and sustainable learning within the organization.
